Water Water Everywhere, But Which Once Should I Drink?

Awnee

Earth, often called the “water planet,” is two thirds water. Two thirds of the human being is also water. Water in its natural state flows and moves freely through the earth, where it interacts with the other primary elements on the surface and in the sky. As water moves it picks up energy and information from the earth which supplies magnetic resonance, minerals and nutrients; the air supplies oxygen and energy; the sun supplies energy along the color spectrum band; and then motion itself creates energy in the water.

Water in its natural, healthy state is free, alive and filled with life enhancing qualities. Unfortunately our civilization has lost its respect for—and understanding of—water as a living element and not just a chemical compound. This ignorance has brought us all to a place where we are literally poisoning ourselves and the Earth. It will only be through a restoring of respect and understanding for the sacred living element we call water that we will be able to regain our own health and restore the Earth’s as well.

Let’s look at how water is distributed throughout the body in approximate percentages:
• Our entire body is 70% water.
• Each molecule within is 99% water.
• The brain is 80% water.
• The blood is 85% water.
• The kidneys are 82% water.
• Muscles are 75% water.
• Bones are 22% water.

We are, essentially, water—with a little flesh and bones thrown in for “good looks.” Our relationship to water is very important, and the kind of water we drink may be even more important. Water, often called the “Universal Solvent,” has the ability to carry many materials, including nutrients, minerals, and waste products, as well as pollutants. The blood (85% H2O) transports these substances to each cell, supplying nutrients and delivering oxygen while collecting cellular waste and carbon dioxide for excretion from the body. As Dr. Batmanghelidj, M.D, author of The Body’s Many Cries For Water states: “Water, the main solvent of the body, regulates all functions of the body, including the activity of the solutes it dissolves and circulates.”

Water is perhaps the single most important element in the body. Dr. Alex Carrell, who found in his famous research on longevity that he could keep a chicken heart alive indefinitely if kept in clean pure water, explained: “The cell is immortal. It is merely the fluid in which it floats that degenerates. Renew this fluid at regular intervals, give the cells what they require for nutrition, and as far as we know, the pulsation of Life can go on forever.”

Water can be broken down into two basic types, structured and unstructured. Dr. Lee Lorenzen, one of the foremost water researchers, explains:

“In the human body, there are two basic types of water: Bound water and Clustered water (often referred to as unstructured and structured). Clustered / structured water is able to move freely through the cell walls and is necessary to transport nutrients, remove waste, and maintain proper communication between the cells.

Bound / unstructured water, on the other hand, is water that becomes physically bound to other molecular structures and is unable to move freely through the cell walls. When we are young, our bodies contain a high level of clustered water and very little bound water. However, as we age, bound water becomes more predominate, hindering the effectiveness of literally thousands of metabolic functions and causing significant structural changes in our body’s tissue.”

Two of the 1990 Nobel Prize laureates received their awards for research in clustered water. Further research indicates that the reduction of clustered water in the body is not a natural occurrence of aging but is mostly due to the fact that few people replenish themselves with living structured water.

As we have seen, water is the primary element of the body. Structured water has demonstrated the ability to move freely through the cell walls, while unstructured water is unable to adequately accomplish this task. This information is important because nutrients are delivered to the cells by moving through the cell walls, and, equally important, cells can only be detoxified when the fluids can move freely through the cell walls. In addition, the brain can only maintain its hydration and function when water can move freely through the cell walls. Some of the studies coming out of Europe are showing healthy cells are surrounded by structured water and unhealthy cells are surrounded by unstructured water. Here then is a very simple equation: structured water = a healthy cell. Unstructured water = an unhealthy cell.

Nobel prize winner Dr. Albert Szent-Gyorgy said, “Since the molecular structure of water is the essence of all Life, the man who can control that structure in cellular systems will change the world.”

Research has also shown that the natural structure of water is altered when it is exposed to processing, chemical pollutants, and filtration. This alteration changes water in varying degrees from structured to unstructured water, thus reducing its ability to deliver life enhancing nutrients and energy to the cells.

Victor Schauberger spent his life as a champion of what he called living water. His book, by the same name, reveals in-depth research on water’s ability to carry energy and methods used to maintain water in its natural structure. Johann Grander, a follower of Schauberger, furthered the study of water’s ability to gather, hold, and deliver information where needed. On the Track of Water’s Secret, a compilation of Grander’s work, speaks of the importance of living water:

“Water being the most important storage medium … absorbs all influences from the environment, positive and negative information alike, and passes them over to the living beings. If however, water is damaged, it will supply harmful rather then vital information. And as a consequence for all living beings, in particular for us humans, our bodies can no longer cope with many of these influences. So, if we poison our water, we actually poison ourselves.”

Johann found that in order to be free to bring us the life giving energies it was designed to carry, water must be free of what he calls “negative memory.” Other research in Japan has produced the same findings. Dr. Masaru Emmoto,* in his book The Message of Water, shows the infinite variety of form and structure in photos of water crystals.

Most of us have become aware of tap water’s questionable safety. Dr. Whang, in his book Reverse Aging, points out that “over 2,100 contaminants have been detected in the US drinking water since 1974, with 190 known or suspected to cause adverse health effects.” If the presence of poisonous chemicals and contaminants are not enough to deter one from drinking tap water, perhaps the knowledge that most city water shows little or no structure will help.

Today’s Drinking Water Options

Although filtration certainly seems essential for municipal water, tap water, already devitalized, loses even more vitality when filtered. So filtered waters, while recommended for cooking and bathing, may still not be optimum for drinking. The following possibilities for structured drinking water options are the best I have found to date.

Bottled spring water is still alive and does retain some structure, though it has been somewhat reduced by minimum filtration. People often tell me they don’t trust bottled water, but all companies are required by law to furnish you with a report of the water’s contents—it should be clean of chemical contaminants and have a low mineral count. Fresh, clean spring water is alive and will renew our cells. It is the water we were designed to drink. I prefer purchasing bottled water from local companies whenever possible due to the reported migration of plastic softeners into water which has spent long periods of time in bottles. Water from companies which use 3-5 gallon bottles made of harder plastics are better yet.

Well water can retain structure, depending on the amount of pressure it is under and the length of the piping system. If it is filtered, or if chemicals are added, the structure will be further reduced.

For filtration, there is one system, made by Johann Grander, which neutralizes harmful contaminants while restructuring the water and removing harmful memory. Although more expensive then common filters, these deliver so much more. They are available locally through Dr. Joseph Lancaster in Ashland, Oregon (541-488-2966, djoseph@iglide~nd).

Structured / clustered water companies show great promise as an avenue for us to regain access to living, structured water. Here are some that I am aware of at this time. I also recommend searching the web far more information.

Penta water shows some success as a cellular hydrator. After being filtered and heated to over 2000 degrees, the molecules form smaller clusters than normal, accelerating their ability to reach the cell. This water is available in some local markets.

Microhydrin is a mineral hydride powder created by Dr. Patrick Flannagan, a well-known scientist and inventor, who was able to alter H2O so that it carries an extra hydrogen molecule. This product is available in health food stores.

Living Springs Structured Waters produces concentrates that are added to bottled spring water. Their process uses spring water that is run through magnetic fields with vortexian motion, oxygenation, light and frequency enhancement. It is available locally by calling (541) 488-5197.

As living sentient beings, we must look to the life giving quality of the elements that sustain us. Clean, fresh air is charged with vitality that can be felt. Wholesome fresh organic foods deliver the nutrients and vitality we need. It is time for us to awaken to the need to have clean living water to sustain us. I believe this awareness is not an option but a requirement if we are to truly regain our health and restore the Earth.
