The Thomas Messages

Psychic children. Dolphins and whales. Crop circles. Where will it all end? I’ve always considered myself a level-headed man. That’s why I’m sometimes more perplexed than my critics and nay-sayers when it comes to the fantastic adventures I fall into so often. In 1996 I wrote Emissary of Light, recounting my adventures in the mountains of Bosnia and Croatia with a community of mystics bent on saving a sorry world. The book gave me an interesting reputation, and before long I was being invited to countries like Iraq, South Africa, Israel, and a handful of other international hot spots to share the vision of peace I had learned. Other books followed, and other remarkable experiences, but none of them prepared me for the Children and their urgent message to humanity.

I was giving a talk in the San Francisco area in January of 2001 when everything changed. I met a young boy who said he was from Bulgaria, and his insistence that he was one of the psychic children I had heard about in countries like China and Russia drew my attention. He spoke about being able to move objects with his mind and read the thoughts of others with the same demeanor most of us would use describing a trip to the corner grocer to buy a quart of milk. I thought he was pulling my leg, taking me on a short ride around his own personal amusement park. But then he looked up at me and asked if I would like to be able to be like him, to perform the miracles he was able to perform. Believe him or not, there was only one answer I could give. “Yes, of course I would.” Then he reached out and touched my finger. That was it.

Three days later my world was forever rocked. I was holding a spoon in my hand and without any physical effort at all it bent in my hand, dipping to a neat ninety degree angle. He had done something to me, something fantastic, but that was only the beginning of the story.

I later traveled to Bulgaria to meet other Psychic Children in a very special monastery, and began reading everything I could find on these strange but amazing children. The book, Emissary of Love, was the result, and I became a sort of authority on the Indigo Children phenomenon. It wasn’t that I knew more than anyone else, but I guess being able to bend silverware with one’s mind has certain advantages.

Everything changed again when I climbed into the hot tub in my Ashland back yard last January. This is very hard to describe, and to this day I wonder about exactly what happened. All I can say is that I felt the presence of one of the children I met at the monastery in Bulgaria, a young boy named Thomas. He said that he had a few things he wanted to share, not just with me but with the whole world. I remembered that Thomas’ unique gift was sending thoughts to others. It was no surprise, then, that I was feeling him, or hearing him, or whatever was happening. I felt like a computer with information being downloaded into my mind. I jumped out of the hot tub and began writing.

The next day we sent the information out in an e-mail to a few thousand people. But the information about Thomas and the other psychic children began to spread, and within two weeks there were over 26,000 people from around the world receiving the messages. Thousands of them were sending us letters every day, and many of them came from other young children who claimed to understand what Thomas was communicating. It hit a chord, and the sound of it was reaching further than I ever expected.

Months later, after a lull in our communication, it started again, for it seemed Thomas had more to say. This time it was about the low frequency sonar testing the US Navy is trying to conduct throughout the oceans of the world. Many experts have claimed that these tests will destroy entire populations of our ocean’s mammals, and yet their cry has largely gone unheard. Thomas’ voice was resolute in his defense of these precious creatures, and there was suddenly an urgency to his message that was only hinted at before. Here is a short excerpt from a recent transmission:

“I have said before that your higher consciousness is directly linked to the whales and dolphins of the world. I even told you that it will be easy to know which path you have chosen for the world, the path of peace or the path that leads to war. (This was in the second message sent out earlier this year when Thomas said the activity of the whales and dolphins would reveal the path we have chosen.) But we did not think that this crossroad would come so soon. There has been an escalation in the energy that leads away from the Truth, and you are beginning to kill yourselves through your ocean brothers and sisters. Why do you think this technology of yours is having this deafening effect on the whales and dolphins? It is because you intuitively know that they hold the key to your survival, and you don’t want to hear the message they would offer. It’s that simple. By stealing their ears you are stealing your own. The results could be devastating.

Why would you do this? Because you do not yet understand how close you are to the truth. And if you did, the part of you that is still afraid would use that fear to deny the reality you could enter at any moment. It is time for you to make a choice. Will you accept with your heart that you have everything you need to solve this and every problem? Or will you stuff cotton in your ears, deafen and kill the ocean creatures that could save you, and stay in the darkness of your own fearful mind?”

And then two days later Thomas continued with this conversation:

“Pay close attention because this is very important. Most of you are afraid of the messages being offered humanity right now, and you will do whatever you can to deny, then destroy them. You already know that you are ready to enter a new world, one where compassion and love are the dominant force. It is like you are giving birth to this world, and water is the medium of birth. Every birth must be assisted and even witnessed by another person, or in this case, another species. Because most of you are afraid of this, you will do whatever you can to stop it.”

“Are you telling me that the whales and dolphins are like the midwives of our birth into this new world?” I asked.

“Why would that surprise you?” Thomas answered. “It is their role, like silent witnesses to the most profound awakening since the world began. The ascension has begun, and they are here to join you. Now perhaps you are beginning to see why you are trying to destroy them.”

And yet, with all the incredible information that was pouring out, there was still a part of me that doubted the whole amazing phenomenon. Of course, by then hundreds of thousands of people were reading the messages from Thomas, and the letters continued to stream in from people profoundly moved by them. Wonderful! But as I said in the beginning, I am basically a levelheaded man, and part of me still wondered “Is this really coming from Thomas, the boy I met last year? Or is it just me?” My question was answered soon enough.

My friend Joan Ocean directed me to a web site that publishes information and pictures on recent crop circles appearing around the world. She said there was something I had to check out, especially in light of the recent messages from Thomas. I pasted the address she sent and waited for the picture to appear. What I saw in front of me was amazing. Two dolphins, or perhaps they were whales, encircled a sphere that could easily represent the Earth, and there were three waves of energy around the sphere, a kind of protective shield. When I looked at the date when this circle appeared in England, it all suddenly made sense: August 14, the same week Thomas’ messages about the whales and the dolphins went out.

Then Thomas had this to say:
“Are you surprised that this information is being presented to you in this new way? These crop circles are communicating with your inner mind, and the message is clear. The Psychic Children have been telling you that we stand at the brink of an incredible awakening, and that the dolphins and whales play a critical role. Why, then, are we trying to destroy them, so that we won’t have to hear their message or receive their Gift? The deployment of the low frequency sonar is how you have chosen to close your ears to their Gift, and to their cries for help. Why else would you seek to destroy their hearing, causing them to beach themselves and die?

This is a wake up call, and it is not just from the Children, or even the dolphins and whales. Now it is coming from your brothers and sisters from other dimensions and planets. That is why this dolphin crop circle was revealed at exactly the same time these messages are being distributed. What will you do? Will you open your heart and become part of the creative solution? Or will you turn the other way, even though there are so many who are trying to snare your attention?”

What does it all mean? In some ways it means that we are right on course, and everything is happening exactly as it should. But it also means that each one of us has a responsibility to create lasting peace, first in our lives and then in the world. The psychic children and the ocean mammals, even our friends from beyond our solar system, all have the same message: “This is the time we chose to create a New World based upon the laws of compassion.” Will we continue to destroy each other and the world, or will we decide once and for all that peace is the better choice?

As for me, I’ve decided that maybe this is real after all. I know that sounds strange after everything I’ve been through, but I’m really no different than anyone else. It takes courage to embrace the truth that sleeps within each of our souls, and it takes wisdom to apply that truth. Maybe all the wake up calls that are sounding around us are what we need. That’s what I believe, and I hope you feel the same way.
